1998

We raffled our first guitar from April thru December of 1998, and sold 1200 tickets!

This beauty was an Epiphone copy of the Gibson ES-335, the B.B. King Lucille model. We were lucky enough to have B.B. King autograph this beautiful guitar, and the winner was from Powell River, B.C., which is about100 miles North of Vancouver, B.C.

Winner John Cogswell purchased one ticket at the Winthrop R&B Festival in July, and told us to just give him the guitar right there, because he was going to win it!

John decided to drive to Spokane to pick up this gorgeous guitar, and talk about an excited guy!

All monies went to the Inland Empire Blues Society. (Photo John  Cogswell photo by Ted Todd
